Lovely apple cake. It has no butter, and the crème fraîche gives it a smooth taste.
- In a bowl mix really well three eggs, three tablespoons of brown sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Add one and half cup of sifted flour, one a half teaspoon of baking powder and 200 ml of crème fraîche (you can use heavy cream). Mix well.
- Cut three apples in very small pieces and add to the mixture just before placing in the baking pan so that they don´t skin at the bottom.
- Bake for 35 minutes in a medium oven.
