It´s Sunday. It´s cold. Time for pancakes! Here a very simple recipe for about 10 pancakes.
-Mix one cup of flour, half a cup whole-wheat flour, two teaspoons of baking powder, a pinch of salt. Pass through a sifter.
-Mix in a generous teaspoon of honey, one and a half cup of milk, one egg (well beaten) and two tablespoons of melted and cooled butter.
-Let it stand 15 minutes, then cook one at a time on a warm pan turning them over only once.
-Serve immediately with honey and fruits. Here, with orange blossom honey, fresh raspberries and pineapple.
